It's adequate as a place to drop a deuce, get a beverage or pass out for the night but cash only for diesel.
If your a trucker, keep it moving. Only comdata with a visa logo are accepted for fuel purchase, no EFS cards either. The workers I encountered were super nice people but not very intelligent. The store itself was clean and well stocked but there's no showers so I didn't take the occasion to scope out bathroom cleanliness.
Generally clean bathrooms. Usually stop for bathroom and snacks.
The lot is gravel and isn't organized but the night I slept there about 50 trucks worked out a way to create organization and park.
Messy but "cash & carry" is accurate.
